Delete your PaceMates account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open PaceMates and tap You (bottom right).
- Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon (top right) → Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account. It is deleted immediately.
By email (if you can’t use the app)
Email support@pacemates.in from the address you sign in with, subject “Delete my PaceMates account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, username, photo, bio, city, level, goal) and your sign-in email
- All your activities: routes, distances, times, notes and photos
- Your posts, cheers, comments, messages, follows, club memberships, event RSVPs, blocks and reports you made
- Your streak history, medals, goals, gear, notifications and settings
Nothing is kept, except where the law requires a record (for example of a legal request). Copies in
encrypted backups are removed automatically within 30 days. Runs saved on your phone but never uploaded stay on your
phone until you uninstall the app.
